Jake Le’s background includes serving as a leasing associate representing landlords and tenants in the negotiations of their commercial leases. Presently, Jake is involved with one of the largest landlords in West Hollywood, Mani Brothers Real Estate Group where he is involved in leasing the landlord’s office portfolio on the Sunset Strip. At the same time, Jake is specialized in Tenant Representation. In both positions, Jake became an expert in all aspects related to commercial lease contracts, e.g. negotiating terms and conditions, mitigating risk, developing a pipeline of potential tenants, and fostering a long-term relationship with current and past tenants. In addition, Jake is constantly “thinking outside of the box” with his innovative and unique marketing campaigns.
Jake earned his Bachelors of Science Degree in Biological Sciences with a minor emphasis in Studio Art. While in school, Jake has worked part-time in residential real estate at Coldwell Banker Newport Beach in Orange County. In that position, he developed a passion for real estate sales which transitioned him to commercial real estate.
Jake is an active volunteer for several charities throughout Los Angeles. In his spare time, Jake enjoys traveling around the world, learning about different cultures, training at his local Crossfit gym, and spending time with his nephew.

Seve is a southern California transplant who earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Davis with a major in economics. During his undergraduate career, he was a teaching assistant for a course in the applications of computer technology, teaching an undergraduate class averaging 35 students per quarter. Throughout his time at UC Davis, Seve was a student athlete who served as president of the 2015 USA Rugby D1AA National Championship Aggie team.
Seve began his professional career at Camacho Commercial Real Estate Services where he leveraged his education and teaching experience to maximize his clients’ understanding of all facets of the commercial real estate transaction. With his expertise in landlord and tenant representation, as well as effective communication and negotiating skills, Seve ensures his clients get the best economics per a given transaction and ultimately close the deal.
He prides himself on the quality of his service and dynamic understanding of his clients’ needs. Seve looks forward to building long term relationships with his clients and business partners.
In his spare time, Seve continues to enjoy playing rugby with the Santa Monica Rugby Club and enjoys any time spent in the water -- whether it be spearfishing, surfing or skimboarding.
